3. Confidentiality

All information shared between the client and the Company shall be treated as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose or use any confidential information for purposes other than the provision of services without explicit written consent.

4. Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay the fees as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or invoice. Payment terms, including due dates and late fees, will be specified in the invoice. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue payments.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of this agreement. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all services performed up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the services provided. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
